Dr. Charles D. Williams (Board Chairman)

• Charles D. Williams is the Finance and Operations Director of Galaxy Oil Ghana Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Charted Accountants (ACCA, UK), Member of the Chartered Accountants Ghana (CA-Gh), holds an MSc Degree, also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, UK.
  
  He held many senior positions in corporate organizations including, Chief Accountant, Texaco Africa Limited, Liberia, Acting General Manager and Finance Manager of Shell Liberia Limited. Senior positions held in Shell Ghana Limited were, Distribution Manager, Internal Audit Manager, Financial Controller, Logistics Manager and Operations Manager. He has a Phd in Business Administration from the SMC University in Switzerland
