Louisa Osei-Wusu

Louisa is a seasoned banking, fintech and petroleum financing professional, having worked for two decades in leadership positions within the financial ecosystem.


Her working life started at The Trust Bank (TTB) Ghana Ltd, where she was trained in managing Financial Institutions and Markets (FIM) portfolios, as well as Treasury Banking. In 2012 when TTB merged with Ecobank Ghana Limited as part of a strategic endeavour to leverage on their respective strengths, Louisa continued her career path in the Bank, and rose through the ranks to serve as the Head of Non-Bank Financial Institutions. She was exceptional in creating value for customers and seamlessly led a team responsible for increasing awareness and signing on clients to Ecobank Digital Products.


With fintech solutions becoming increasingly pivotal in banking and finance, Louisa, in 2019, pursued her passion for entrepreneurship by founding Juni Ghana Ltd, a payment service provider licensed by the Bank of Ghana. As CEO of Juni Ghana Ltd., she has transformed business processes and brands as well as built strong partnerships with multinationals and fintech start-ups abroad. She doubles as the executive chairwoman of Juni Holding Inc, USA (Jupay), Juni Canada Ltd, and Juni Holdings UK (Continental Money Transfer).


She also serves on the board of Asa Savings and Loans Limited, and has for several years provided strategic, business development and financial advisory services for leading oil trading and marketing companies including, JCT Global Dubai, Juwel Energy Ltd., and JP Trustees Ltd.


Louisa is a Chartered Banker, certified by the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana, and holds an MBA in Finance from Coventry University (UK), as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics from the University of Ghana.
