Ing. John Osei-Wusu
John is a consummate professional businessperson. He has been a successful venture capitalist with rich investment portfolios in the downstream Oil and Gas industries, Fintech, Hospitality, Food and Healthcare services sector both home and abroad.
He has in the last two decades provided strategic business directions and innovative financial analytical models for start-ups and thriving businesses.
He provides leadership and serves in various executive and non-executive directorship positions with reputable business entities including, JCT Global, Dubai; Juwel Energy Ltd.; JP Trustees Ltd.; Juni Holdings Inc, USA (Jupay); Juni Canada Ltd.; Juni Holdings Inc, UK (CMT); TJ Foods Ltd (Kanzo Republic); and the Executive Heart Centre (EHC). He has directly facilitated the consistent growth, profitability and impactful success stories of these companies.
He is currently the Executive Chairman of JP Trustees Ltd., an Oil Marketing Company (OMC). Prior to this, he had worked as the CEO of Ebony Oil & Gas Limited, a Bulk Oil Distribution Company (BDC). He also had stints with Oando Ghana Ltd. as its Marketing and Business Development Manager and the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) as a Refinery Engineer.
John has widened his business acumen and demonstrated phenomenal interests in developing and investing in the next generation of leaders through mentorships, coaching and offering growth opportunities to young people.
His expertise is globally well sought after, having natured a career for business excellence and a mind-set of continuous improvements to business processes and fostering a customer-centric culture at the workplace.
He is a Certified Chartered Engineer, and a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers. John also holds impressive academic qualifications. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
He is a proud graduate of the prestigious Executive Leadership Programmes of the London Business School as well as the Harvard Business School, where he gained tremendous appreciation of the principles and art of leading change and organisational renewal.
